A range of crucial reports may be set up to report directly to any predefined location (SMS, E-mail or PDF printable), the definitions of which can be set up by the authorised user.
3. As an integrated business solution, the reduction of costs, increasing customer satisfaction and improved communication which ultimately leads to more productive process flow.

Q: How often does the GPS unit record a GPS position?

A:

These positions are recorded per second, but reported back via the software every minute when moving and hourly when stationary. If there is an alarm or exception, then these events will be reflected in the trip as and when they have occurred. This allows for accurate trip replay functionality regardless of the “join the dots” you will see on the trip replay. The system therefore does not cut corners or have data missing as might be perceived.

Q: Will I be able to communicate with my driver using the MtrackFleet solution?

A:

Our system offers two communications solutions for communicating with the driver:
1. A text display unit may be installed inside the vehicle enabling the vehicle manager to send messages to the driver and receive pre-programmed communiqué from the driver. This unit can also be used for driver identification purposes with a driver ID card as part of the solution.
2. A handset may also be fitted for two-way communication
