Q: What is the procedure to change a battery?

Mtrack does its own daily health check which includes reporting on remaining battery capacity. When the battery reaches 30% remaining, the client will receive emails and faxes from our technical department informing them that it is time to schedule a battery change.
At the same time, the technician will perform any relevant software upgrades to make sure that the latest version of Mtrack is installed on the system. This upgrade is free of charge
