Background
The client’s warehouse in Johannesburg was broken into and stock was stolen.
Event
At 15:10 the Mtrack control room reported that the client’s 5 ton truck had been hijacked and was carrying cigarettes.
When Mtrack went into alarm it was reporting from Alexandra.
at 15:33 it was reported that vehicle as well as the cargo had been recovered with the help of the SAPS and the agents stood down.
Total time for the recovery was 25 minutes.
